The 4th and final day of the 2007 Brixia Tour was a 184.5km stage from Pisogne - Darfo Boario Terme consisting of 3 46km laps before the final 20km run to the line. The stage was tightly controlled by the Liquigas team with a mass sprint deciding the stage. Davide Rebellin defended his title grabbing the lead in the first stage and holding it throughout.
